Refund policy

At CKissecos, we strive to provide exceptional products and service. To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be completely untouched, unused, and in original packaging. If you receive an incorrect item, please email us immediately at ckissescos@gmail.com with your name, order number, and date ordered. You have up to 7 days to return the item using the provided return address, and we'll gladly replace it if unused. Please note that all sales are considered final if items are used, opened, or packaging is damaged.
